Professional Advisory & Consultation Fee Model
Shark Travel (SHARK TRAVEL LLP / Shark Travel LLC) provides specialized travel logistics consultation, route optimization, and fare comparison services. We charge professional consultation fees for researching and guiding your itinerary choices across flights, trains, buses, and hotels. We do not directly sell or operate transportation seats or hotel rooms.
1. Scope of Advisory Fees
Our service fees compensate our travel experts for time spent analyzing global distribution systems, comparing carrier options, advising on complex layovers, and organizing itinerary logistics. These consultation fees are separate from the independent ticket/room costs charged by third-party carriers.
Flight prices and availability displayed on our platform are pulled via third-party API integrations (such as Duffel Technology Ltd) to show real-time live airline fares for advisory comparison.
2. Schedule of Service & Advisory Fees
Covers market research, carrier fare comparison (via Duffel & GDS APIs), layover planning, and customized itinerary proposals for flights, trains, buses, or hotels.
Applied when consultation and route planning are requested for emergency travel or multi-city itineraries requiring completion within 24 hours of departure.
Covers administrative assistance when clients request itinerary adjustments, date revisions, or supplier policy reviews following the issuance of initial recommendations.
Non-Refundability of Consultation Fees
All professional consultation and advisory fees are 100% non-refundable once travel advice, itinerary proposals, or route options have been generated and delivered to the client. Even if you choose not to proceed with a recommended flight, hotel, bus, or train booking with the end carrier, our consultation fee remains fully earned for the advisory services rendered.
3. Itemization and Complete Transparency
Shark Travel guarantees full transparency. All advisory fees are explicitly itemized and disclosed before you authorize any payment via our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant hosted payment gateway (Xpay / PayGlocal). Proceeding with payment indicates your express acceptance of our fee schedule.
